Description

Registration is now officially closed. If you would like to join us for golf tomorrow, please call Ann McAndrew at 847-867-1870 and we will assign you to a foursome. If attending the reception afterwards, you are welcome to pay at the door.

Join us at the SFNet Midwest Annual Golf Invitational at Harborside on Thursday, July 15, 2021. The Port and Starboard courses are reserved exclusively for our golf outing. There are a number of returning favorites, including Bloody Mary/John Daly bars, raffle prizes, food trucks with our favorite bites to finish off a day of golfing, and unlimited drinks. 

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Golf Outing Package - Includes 18 holes of golf (scramble format) and Cocktail Reception.
SFNet Midwest Members: $205
Non-Members: $295
Foursome: $800

Cocktail Reception Only - Includes food trucks, open bar, raffle prizes, and live music
SFNet Midwest Members: $50
Non-Members: $75

Note: Current chapter members do not need to renew their memberships at this time. 

SCHEDULE

7:00-9:00 AM   Registration, Bloody Mary/John Daly bars, driving range, putting green
7:30-8:45 AM   Continental breakfast
9:00 AM   Shotgun Start
1:00-3:00 PM    Food trucks, open bar, raffle prizes, live music
3:00 PM    Event Ends

Cancellation/Substitution policy: Requests for refunds must be made in writing by July 7, 2021 (email is acceptable). Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). If the substitute is not  SFNet Midwest Chapter member, the difference in registration fee will be required. Please note that if you register for the event after the July 7, 2021 cancellation date has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund should you cancel your registration. The cancellation applies to all registrants regardless of when the registration is submitted.

Socially distant guidelines will be in place as set by the CDC, state and local laws. Your safety is our priority.
