Join us on Thursday April 13th for the Premier Education and Networking Event of the spring season. Come learn today’s trends and best practices for managing stressed and distressed credits from market insiders and experts.

This must-see panel will be moderated by Wade Kennedy (Partner, Holland & Knight). He will be joined by panelists Greg Gartland (Partner, Winston & Strawn), Zeb Gilliam (Regional Underwriting Manager, JPMorgan Chase), Bryn Perna (SVP and Manager of C&I Managed Asset Department, Wintrust Financial Corporation), and Trevek Sengbusch (Partner, Silverman Consulting).

The panelists will engage in a discussion to cover such topics as:

  • Most expect and have forecasted a big year for asset-based finance. What if anything could derail these forecasts?
  • Profiles / traits currently seen in portfolios and among current clients.
  • Methods for handling cooperative and non-cooperative borrowers and environments.
  • Managing situations where other parties outside the borrower / creditor relationship are involved, i.e., equity sponsors, junior creditors, opposing counsel / advisors, etc.
  • Skills, traits, and best practices important for managing distressed accounts / companies.

Non-Members: $85 

As a reminder, 2022 chapter memberships expired on December 31st. You have the option to include your 2023 chapter membership when you register for this event and receive the $50 member rate for the event.
