Chief Credit Officer for SPECTRUM Commercial Finance with over 30 years in asset-based lending. Eighteen of those years were spent at Norwest Bank/ Wells Fargo and the past fifteen years at SPECTRUM. In addition to his vast experience as a collateral auditor, credit analyst, relationship manager, and Senior VP, Mike served our Country in the US Army and WI Army National Guard.
Hemal Gundecha, CFA, Bremer Bank
Senior Credit Approval Officer for Bremer Bank with nearly 20 years banking & finance industry experience, spanning various sales & credit leadership functions. Areas of expertise include middle market commercial lending (cash flow & asset-based structures, sponsored & non-sponsored transactions), loan capital markets, and workout/restructuring.
Brendan O’Meara, Fidelity Bank
Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer for Fidelity Bank has an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline College of Law. Nearly 20 years of banking experience with roles in Retail and Commercial banking that include Credit, Lending, and Special Assets.
