Bill Cronin joined the Pasco EDC as President/CEO as of January 2016 after a nation-wide search. He has a long career in economic development spanning 25 years in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Bill has extensive knowledge and experience which includes ten years with Enterprise Florida, specializing in international trade and business development. Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs and Political Science as well as a certificate in Asian Studies from Michigan State University.
J. P. DuBuque is President & CEO of the Greater St. Petersburg Area Economic Development Corporation (EDC), the “Storyteller in Chief” for St. Petersburg as a business and career location that connects businesses with the people and programs that will help them grow.
J.P. is a veteran corporate recruiter, innovative leader and experienced economic development authority who provides the strategic vision and directs the efforts of the EDC in its mission to market the City as a business destination. In addition, J.P. works with local businesses to ensure their success.
As Director, Business Development, Adam Myers works with businesses to help bring new jobs and investment to the community through retention, expansion and recruitment of target sector industries. Adam has had the pleasure of working with companies like IRONMAN®, North American Roofing Services, United Airlines, Velocity Resource Group, and Greenway Health to locate and expand in Tampa.
Adam is a graduate of the University of West Florida, receiving a BA in Communications, specializing in film and television production. Prior to starting a career in Economic Development, Adam spent three years working in film production doing script consulting and on set production work for independent production companies.
Recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute, Adam is currently studying to become a Certified Economic Developer. Outside of work, Adam is a major movie enthusiast and never misses a Tampa Bay Rays game.
Christina Georgacopoulos covers banking and finance for the Tampa Bay Business Journal. She reports on local economic trends, investments, and dealmaking, as well as the evolving financial and professional services ecosystem in Tampa Bay. Her coverage spans public and private companies, banks and financial institutions, and insurance, among other sectors.
She joined the TBBJ newsroom in January 2022 after graduating from Louisiana State University with a master’s degree in journalism.
