Andy Fertal – has 35 years of broad based experience in lower middle market corporate finance including asset based finance, leasing, commercial and investment banking serving a wide cross section of industries focused on manufacturing, distribution and select B2B services. Since founding Beacon Associates, Inc. in 1991, he has completed over 100 Finance and Merger and Acquisition advisory engagements with total transaction value exceeding $1.4 billion dollars. His prior experience includes credit, relationship, and territory management roles at Westinghouse Credit and BTM Capital Corporation and American Finance Group where he was a limited partner and Region Manager.
He graduated cum laude from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College BS in Economics & Marketing; and is an active member in Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors where he has a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor designation, Association for Corporate Growth, Secured Finance Network and Turnaround Management Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Crown Battery Manufacturing Co. and is a shareholder. He also has a continuing advisory relationship, and ownership interests, in Carbide Industries, LLC and Crucible Industries, LLC.
