Frank Grimaldi is responsible for leading all valuation business development initiatives, including a regional team of business development officers, for Gordon Brothers. In addition, he works closely with asset-based lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate management teams to help them understand the underlying value of all types of assets. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers in 2011, Frank was with Brevet Capital, where he was responsible for origination of investment opportunities and management of assets for the New York-based hedge fund. In addition, he spent 16 years with the CIT Group, including six years at CIT/Commercial Services (their factoring division), where he led the National Credit Administration group and oversaw work-out situations and business development. Frank is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the New York Institute of Credit. He was recently appointed a Trustee of the National Board of the Turnaround Management Association. Prior to being selected to the National Board of the Turnaround Management Association, he held numerous positions including President of the Long Island Chapter and Treasurer of the New York Chapter. Frank received his BBA from Hofstra University.
