Cesar brings over seven years of experience in Asset-Based Lending, Factoring and International Trade Finance. He is responsible for new business development and referral partner relationships. Cesar also serves as a board member of the South Florida Chapter of the Secured Finance Network.
Prior to joining Iron Horse Credit, Cesar held the position of International Risk Manager and Portfolio Manager for an international trade finance company serving the Latin American market. Cesar is a graduate from Florida International University with a BBA in Finance and International Business.
