I practice in the areas of Secured Transactions, Commercial Finance, Commercial Real Estate, and Legal Opinions. I am currently the Chair of McGlinchey Stafford's Legal Opinion Committee. Demonstrating my level of knowledge in my practice areas, I am a Fellow and incoming Treasurer in the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers, a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, Vice Chair of the Commercial Finance Committee of the ABA Business Law Section, and the incoming President of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorney.
I also give presentations across the US in my areas of practice.
