Jennifer St. John Yount is the chair of the Paul Hastings Finance and Restructuring practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice primarily consists of representing direct lenders, finance companies, alternative and specialty lenders, and banks in acquisition financings, working capital facilities, distressed credits, and restructurings. Ms. Yount has negotiated interlender arrangements in numerous uni-tranche, multi-tranche, and multi-lien financings. She has industry experience in a variety of business sectors and has extensive experience with cross-border transactions.
