I started out as a Credit Trainee straight out of college. I was placed in the Asset Based Lending Department and was mentored by many different people but especially Ted Kompa and Jeff Goldrich. Both taught me different important skills such as credit skills, the importance of collateral in a liquidation, and the art of negotiation. I continue to learn each and every day and love what I do. I'm currently the Chief Credit Officer of an independent commercial finance company. We provide both asset based loans as well as recourse factoring to small and mid-sized businesses.
I live in Freehold Township, NJ with my 2 kids and an elderly beagle. I love to travel and most recently had the opportunity to share my love for asset based lending with folks in Bogota Colombia as part of the ABL 101 course in Spanish.
