Jeanne represents financial institutions in a wide range of complex business finance transactions, including commercial finance, factoring and structured finance. She has in-depth knowledge of factoring, middle market asset-based lending, accounts receivable purchase transactions, letter of credit facilities and participations. She also represents financial institutions in single bank and agented secured and unsecured revolving credit and term loans.
Prior to joining Hahn & Hessen, Jeanne served in the General Counsel’s office at a major investment bank, where she oversaw the asset-based lending attorneys and was responsible for advising lines of business on a variety of securitizations, structured finance and derivative transactions including cash and synthetic CDOs and total return swaps, among others. Previously, Jeanne was a senior attorney at a major financial institution, where she specialized in commercial finance and factoring.
Jeanne received her J.D. from New York Law School. She is a past president and current board member of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, as well as a member of the Commercial Finance Association. Jeanne is a frequent lecturer on finance topics, serving on panels for the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, the New York Institute of Credit and the International Factoring Association.
