Today I lead the growth and development of Valley Bank's asset-based lending business.
With nearly 40 years of leadership experience as a CEO, board member, and advisor, I’ve led businesses through growth, restructuring, leadership transitions, and market expansion across commercial finance, asset-based lending, investment banking, and consulting. A key aspect of my work is leading and enhancing market presence to drive new development.
Previously, I served as CEO of Access Capital, leading a full business transformation of the nation’s leading independent lender to the staffing industry. Prior to that, I led Accord Financial’s U.S. Asset Finance unit, and earlier built a specialty bank platform serving the asset-based lending sector. Across these roles, I’ve worked closely with teams to shape culture, develop leaders, and position businesses for long-term success. In both of these roles we significantly grew assets and ebitda.
In addition to executive leadership, I have professional board experience, including Aeromax Industries, where I’ve supported leadership through acquisitions, integration, and team development.
Leveraging my experience, I am an active thought leader, speaker, author, and panelist on leadership, change management, growth strategy, and business transformation.
Additionally, I have served on numerous nonprofit boards of directors and remain active in the leadership of several organizations, including the Secured Finance Network, the New York Institute of Credit, the Turnaround Management Association, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Private Director Association, the National Association of Corporate Directors, and others.
