I partner with clients to book deals that achieve business goals and improve the economic bottom line, representing financial institutions, corporations and tribes in syndicated, club and single-bank commercial finance transactions.

Recent commercial transactions include:

• $550 million secured term loan to company selling consumer merchandise to national customer base (company counsel)
• €280 million international securitization of trade receivables (company counsel)
• $225 million syndicated, secured credit facility to producer of dairy products (counsel to administrative agent)
• $200 million syndicated secured credit facility to industrial electrical equipment supplier (counsel to administrative agent)
• $100 million syndicated, unsecured credit facility to a real estate brokerage firm (counsel to administrative agent )
• $50 million ABL facility to producer of specialized metals products
• $50 million purchase and restructuring of revolving credit facility to a public company specializing in international geophysical services (counsel to purchaser)

I also represent lenders and tribes nationwide in the area of tribal finance, assisting clients in analysis of tribal laws, navigation of federal regulatory approvals, consideration and respect of tribal sovereignty. Recent tribal finance transactions include:

• $385 million syndicated revolving and term credit facilities to tribal enterprise (counsel to tribe and tribal enterprise)
• $90 million syndicated revolving and term credit facilities to finance gaming expansion (counsel to administrative agent)
• $65 million syndicated revolving and term credit facilities to finance expansion of businesses ancillary to gaming operations (counsel to administrative agent)
• $20 million general obligation loan of tribe (counsel to sole lender)
