Mark Fagnani was formerly a Managing Director and the Chief Credit Officer of Wachovia Capital Finance, a unit of Wachovia Bank. He was chairman of their credit committee, the national field exam manager and head of their risk ratings and compliance group. Mark has more than 30 years of hands on experience dealing with large bank groups, turnarounds, workouts and insolvencies as well as working with a multitude of exceptional businesses and individuals and has gained valuable insight into what makes people and businesses successful.
Following his retirement from Wells Fargo, Mark formed MSF Associates, LLC, an advisory firm that specializes in assisting borrowers that are underperforming, over-leveraged, having difficulty communicating with their lenders, desirous of refinancing and/or simply seeking ways to improve their business.
In 2013 Mark helped form HVB Capital and subsequently spearheaded their sale to EverBank where they established EverBank Business Credit.
Mark is a frequent lecturer and panelist and was a guest speaker in China on behalf of the World Bank, instructing over 250 Chinese bankers on Asset Based Lending.
Mark continues to work for both lenders and borrowers at MSF Associates today.
